Welcome to Lir Seafood (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These terms set out how you may use our website lirseafood.com and purchase products from us.
By using our site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use it:

We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the site.
4. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices and images are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur (especially with handmade or perishable goods).
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt.
This doesn’t mean your order has been accepted — the contract is formed only when we dispatch your item(s) and send a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if:
- the product is unavailable,
- there’s an error in pricing or description, or
- payment cannot be processed.
6. Payment
We accept payment through Stripe.
Payment is taken at the time of order.
All transactions are processed securely — we don’t store your card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland, with the exception of fresh fish/food products, which are collection only from our restaurant.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us.
8. Click & Collect / Local Pickup
Orders marked for collection must be picked up within [X days].
Please bring your order confirmation and proof of ID.
9. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most unused, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Please note:
- Perishable goods (e.g. fresh food) cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

10. Faulty or damaged items
If an item is faulty or damaged, let us know within 48 hours of receipt.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- losses not caused by our breach or negligence;
- any business losses (such as loss of profit or revenue).
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

All content on this site — text, images, design, and code — belongs to us or our licensors.
You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
