First Deliveries

The first week of lobster deliveries was an experience we will never forget! The support from the public was amazing and has given us the reassurance we needed to continue our venture of supplying fresh seafood to the north coast locals and beyond. By working directly with the fishermen we have had some interesting conversations about different types of seafood but especially lobsters!

For instance, did you know lobsters can live for 60-100 years or that female lobsters carry around 200,000 eggs but only around 20 will become fertilised, well neither did we but it wasn’t all fun facts we also had in-depth conversations regarding the sustainability of local fishing and how we can work together to ensure we responsibly catch and sell seafood to ensure we allow numbers/species to grow and flourish.
