Cod
White, buttery and dependable. What it lacks in drama, it makes up for in pure flavour.
Haddock
Clean, flaky and classic. The workhorse of Northern waters, good for everything from tacos to tempura.
Monkfish
Firm, meaty and built for the pan. We have a saying at Lir – “The uglier the fish, the better it tastes.”
Osyters
Wild Irish oysters, shucked to order. Briny, clean, and best with a dash of lemon or something fizzy.
